Community Service

My husband and I are donors to and active supporters of local nonprofits including Tandy Beal Dance Company, KUSP public radio, Porter Memorial Library, Second Harvest Food Bank, Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, Meals on Wheels, Community Foundation of Santa Cruz, Homeless Services Center, Kuumbwa Jazz Center and Arts Council Santa Cruz County, where I served on the Board of Directors.

Other Interests

I have a deep passion for blues music, broadly defined. My husband and I are partners in the Legendary Rhythm and Blues Cruise, and we host blues concerts in our home. The concerts allow me to indulge in my love of cooking, as I plan and prepare dinner—with lots of help—for all of the 80+ guests who attend.
